Dad in RAF. England 1945

This is my Dad in his R.A.F. uniform. The photo was taken in England circa 1945 or so. He turned 18 in July 1945, so just missed out on active service. But he joined the R.A.F. and because of that he was in an R.A.F. camp in the north west of England where he met my mother. The fact is, if it hadn't been for WW2 my parents would never have met. So, Hitler is responsible for my existence! Strange thought there!
My Dad was in his 30's when I was born.
